Always a great experience. I try to try something new on each visit. Get there early, it's very popular, and for good reason.

Waited too long never got served, sat for 40mins.

Accidentally popped in here without realizing it was an all you can eat place. We were barely greeted. They plopped us down at a table, and didn't come back for like 15 min and we had NO clue what was going because we had never been there before. Their menus don't say that it's all you can eat. No signs say that, so how would we know? We looked it up quick to see and that's when we found out.... Ordered clear soup as we do everywhere and it was really bland, no flavor, no mushroom, and what seemed like parsley and not green onion. Ok, moving on to the sushi. It's not like it was bad, but it definitely wasn't good. And not worth it. We tried about 4 different roles and they all tasted the same, except one. The one with pineapple and mango was the best and really flavorful actually! We decided to order one extra roll (that was our 4th total) and they forgot about it, so it them a good 25-30+ min to bring it out to us (we had already ordered soup, wontons, and 3 rolls and were done eating it and ordered another in less time than it took to get the last one). They never checked on us, never talked to us, walked away from us when we were trying to ask a question. I'm not impressed with their service or their food and have no desire to return unfortunately. But we did get a little cup of ice cream at the end! 😊

OMG, Fuji Sushi was certainly fantastic. It's amazing and every one who works here looks like they are very proud of it. Everything I've tried until now is very good. All of the staff are very courteous - you really feel welcome and looked after. Certainly will come back to this place always.

Good price all you can eat, order a wide range and want you don't eat is a quarter a piece.

Love this place awesome deal for the amount of food you get. Make sure you eat it all though if not its 50 cent per piece that you don't eat. They do temp checks and you can get in pretty quickly even if there is a wait. All and all I enjoy this place everytime I go.

Alright all you can eat sushi place. Lunch is $12.99. The nigiri is the fastest to come out, but it's also the most heavy on rice, very common in all you can eat places.

They use Qmenu, a pay online app that is now charging me randomly for other people's orders. I tried contacting Qmenu, they told me i needed order #'s that they aren't sending me because I'm not placing the order. I contacted Fuji and they are no help at all. The food is good but I now have to dispute these orders with my bank and I'm disappointed that Fuji doesn't take control of this problem. I can't go back there anymore if they continue to use Qmenu which is a rip-off.

Awful service, got turned away at 330 pm even though the restaurant was basically empty and their website said they close at 1030. Hostess was not even polite about it. Safe to say I will not be returning.

I went in during the weekday for the lunch buffet. The food is cooked to order and brought out in small portions for what you order to prevent waste. There is a 50 cents charge for each piece leftover that is not eaten. The service was friendly and my wait time between my orders was minimal. I got the cooked sushi, egg rolls, dumplings, fried shrimp, salmon and chicken hibachi. Everything was fresh and tasted really good. I would return in the future.

A great place for the casual diner or couples dinner. Can't go wrong with quality.

I really enjoyed this experience. Ive passed by Fuji but didn't know it was an all-you-can-eat spot. So I was pleasantly by that. I came in around 6:45p and there was no wait. The place is super clean, no weird smells, or flies. The service was prompt and the food was even faster. The sushi was delicious although the fried options were fried a bit too hard. I definitely will be back .

Never going again, horrible service and food was mediocre. Very pricey for what they serve.

All you can eat, just make sure you eat it all besides 18 bucks they charge 50 cents for each piece not eaten. Its a step above buffet sushi. Didnt live it.

Food was fantastic. I don't eat sushi but really enjoy the fried rice, noodles, chicken, & steak. And of course the clear soup

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come get my order. Once the food finally arrived it was very bland. Miso soup was much worse than instant soup I have had. Worst of all, sushi was very warm. I know it’s just the rice, but it was NOT good. 0 stars.

Good place for tasty sushi. Do not leave if it's busy, it is worth it. Fast and courteous service. Prices that won't shock you. Feels similar to a cafe in Chicago I loved.

Been going to them for years!! Honestly thought I had already left a review. Sushi is always the freshest. Proportions of meat in sushi are spot on--you always get your money's worth. Specials are awesome. Ginger dressing on their salad is by far the BEST in Jacksonville--me and my husband have tried all over to compare! Owner (I'm assuming the lady we deal with all the time is the owner) is personable and professional. You will not lose us as a customer! Also, still serving people quickly with pickup orders during covid!

Great food, great service, and all you can eat.

Waiter’s have the worst will to work there, yesterday i pay the bill they keep the change like tip but was almost half of the bill in change, i used to go weekly there, i will never go back there and all my friends and co-workers that used to go there i will recommend do the same!!! A shame this place

Always worth the wait

sushi and the setting at this location is excellent. Service is always excellent even when they have a full house. I look forward to a return trip.

For the price it was fine. for an all-you-can-eat, I suppose it was pretty good. service left a little bit to be desired, no greeter, a very confusing start to the meal.

They're taking the pandemic seriously. Social distancing, temperature taken, masks worn CORRECTLY, gloves, sanitizing...

It’s the one place I can get my grandma to go for sushi!! Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a good time. Servers can be a little short at times and some get irritated quickly.
